Ingredients
- 2 sticks (230g or 1 cup) unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 12 oz (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F or 175C.
- In large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, vanilla with a mixer or by hand until mixed.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
- Add medium bowl dry ingredients to large bowl wet ingredients and mix by hand. Add in rolled oats, chocolate chips, raisins and mix by hand.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicon baking sheets and place 1 inch sized dough balls on baking sheet about 1.5 inches apart.
- Bake in oven for about 15 mins.
