Ingredients
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 Tbsp or 180 grams or 1.5 sticks butter at room temperature
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
- Blend in butter with a butter knife and then a fork until butter is finely mixed with dry ingredients.
- Add milk and stir until just mixed. Add raisins and stir. Add cinnamon and swirl into batter.
- Place two-inch sized dough balls onto parchment paper on a baking sheets.
- Place in preheated oven (400F) for about 15 minutes. After baking, let cool for 5 minutes.
