Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil or butter
- 1 or 2 onions finely diced
- 2 Tbsp Hungarian (sweet) Paprika
- 3-4 deboned chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups sour cream
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In large pan, heat oil and add onions and paprika. Sauté about 5 mins.

2. Then add in chicken and chicken broth. Let simmer for about 20-25 mins, until chicken is cooked.

3. Add in four and sour cream. Stir and simmer for about 5 mins until thickened and smooth. Add some black pepper.


4. Serve over rice and with steamed broccoli on the side.
