Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- about 8 apples sliced
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 8 oz or one small package of heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Place room temperature pie dough (let sit out of refrigerator for 5 mins) in pie pan. Preheat oven to 350F or 175C.
- Add sliced apples to pie pan.
- In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs and then gently mix in cream, cinnamon, sugar.
- Pour medium bowl contents over apples in pie pan.Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. Let cool about 20 minutes before slicing.
